Artist exchange with artists from Wysing Art Centre

PEAK invited 4 artists from Wysing Art Centre, in Cambridge, Lawrence Epps, Rob Smith, Lisa Wilkens and Caroline Wright to do an exchange with 3 artists from The Black Mountain area, Stefhan Caddick, Penny Hallas and Sarah Rhys over a three day period 8th to 10th May.We led our visiting artists, also accompanied by artist Richard Harris sculptor, Gavin Johnson (and partner) from Film Cymru and Toril Brancher documenter, up the Llangatock escarpment to Faen Eglwys cave where we each projected our film work onto the walls of the cave.Over the weekend we had wonderful meals , interesting conversations as well as time for each of us to give presentations of our work.A reciprocal exchange is being planned for later this year.
