'An Inventory Of Al-Mutanabbi Street' 2012/13 Update

I, along with each contributing artist, has 3 books in  touring exhibitions of Artists' Books responding to the bombing of  the 'Street of Booksellers' , the cultural center of Baghdad in 2007.The project and exhibition is jointly curated by Sarah Bodman  and Beau BeausoleilThe UK side of the project is  being exhibited at The John Rylands Library, Manchester University from 6th February to 29th July 2013 and then onto  The Literary and Philosophical Society, Newcastle.Concurrently  a full set is being shown at Cambridge Arts Council , Cambridge, Massachusetts.  January to June 2013which then moves onto The Centre for Book Arts, New York City in collaboration with poet's House NYC from July 10th to September 14 2013Center for Book Arts, New York City, in collaboration with Poets House, New York City-  July 10 - September 14, 2013 ****A selection of books are being shown at other venues.  The full programme can be seen here www.al-mutanabbistreetstartshere-boston.comA complete set  of the  books are being donated to The Iraq National Library in Baghdad at the end of the touring exhibitions.    Cambrdge Arts Council, Cambridge, Massachusetts.
